The meet begins at Granite Fit Gym at Lowlands Industrial Estate (formerly Bodyworks Gym) at 11am, every Sunday, and the group walk for 1 hour before returning. A free hot drink is included in your walk from Hansens. There is plenty of parking outside the gym.

We ask that your phones, smart watches, headphones or other digital devices are left behind.
